Dear Valued Customers and Partners

These circumstances constitute a Force Majeure event under the applicable terms and conditions of carriage. Emkay Lines shall not be liable for resulting losses, delays, non-performance, detention, demurrage, or additional costs, which shall be borne by the POL/customer/shipper/consignee, as applicable. We are monitoring the situation and will share updates when confirmed information becomes available. Please place loading plans on hold for containers that have not yet been pulled out, until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Thanks and regards, Emkay Lines
